    OK we bought our Pelllet stove in July finally the weather in californina says turn on that stove. after we ran it for about 12 hours the next day the glass needed to be cleaned. to my surprise the dirt was on the outside of the stove.. and it is baked on and we cant get it off. we have tried ash and water and it wont come off??? any ideas?? please help we are affaid to run it again becase I think it will bake on even more..... HELP

    This is my first pellet stove. I have had it for one month and used it quite a bit with below average temperatures and lots of snow. The unit burns VERY clean. The unit is very solid and works as advertised. It is very easy to use and we are VERY happy. I don't have a real comparison point but the flames are pretty low. We didn't get the logs which would be pretty useless.

    CONS:
    1) The fan is a little noisy on high (4).
    2) Heating 2,000 sqft is a real stretch! My back rooms are still pretty cold but the living room and kitchen are very warm.
