    it does jam up. i thought i was getting all the extra dust out by vacuuming the hopper when it was empty at the bottom, but i guess my shop vac doesnt do the job. its all jammed up with dust, and after 6 hours of trying to un jam it, i am finally dishin out the money for the professionals to unjam it. ive only used 1 1/2 tons of the lowest ash content possible. you can barely get your hands in there to see if what the problem is.

    The very first day I loaded pellets in my new Quadrafire Classic Bay 1200 Pellet Stove I seen all the dust and sawdust come out of the bag and I knew I needed to do something to clean the pellets. I found a corn and pellet cleaner on ebay and bought it. I clean all my pellets and the hopper is as clean as a whistle. Solve all your trouble and try it. You'll be glad you did.
