    I have had good use with my stove. I purchased it last year and it performed great this season.

    I did call tech support once about a thermostat I wanted to use with the stove. It did take a few hours to get a call back, but they did answer my questions.

    We purchase a breckwell mutlifuel stove in February 2008. We had problems right after purchasing the stove so I called Breckwell. You leave a message on an answering system and they call you back. I tried the technical support department 13 times over a period of several weeks and finally called the parts department and they transferred me to a tech guy. He did help me and the stove worked fine until we started it up again this fall. I called technical support again. This time they did call me back within 24 hours. The part was under warranty and they told me they would send me a replacement at no charge and I should get it within 1 to 2 days. I waited 2 days and called back after not receiving the part and they had not even shipped it yet. I was told they were behind on shipments and it would not be to me for at least another 3 or 4 days. I am really lucky I have back up heat in my home. However the savings I was to realize with the pellet stove are quickly going down the drain. When I told them that it was supposed to be shipped to me over night I was told they don't do it that way and they don't know why the guy told me that. They have never been completely honest with me so if you buy a stove from them pray it works and don't count on them for quick help. It ain't going to happen.
