    This thing is a waste of money. High pellet usage, low heat output, and after 3 years mine no longer works at all. I've had techs out 5 times and no one fixes it. They clean it and walk away. This stove is the worst money I've ever wasted.

    Anonymous, you must have gotten a different brand. It's hard to believe your Harman Accentra sucks and breaks down every year unless you have one of the first generation. Mine, on the other hand, is wonderfully effiecient and has been heating our home quite efficiently and economically for the past two seasons. We feel that our investment was well worth it!

    I got my Harmen accentra insert last season and I saved literally thousands in heating. my house never went below 70 in any part of my home and it is 3400sqft ($850.00 in pellets last year $4200.00 the year prior year with propane). I am so pleased with it I am buying another one for my workshop.
