    I have had pellet feed blockages caused by the fuel gate, which led to auger jamming on my new Yankee installed in October, 2008. It turns out that Lopi has just sent out a service bulletin which instructs that the fuel gate, a device earlier models did not have, be removed entirely and the stove operated without it.

    Why have so many yankee bay pellet owners complain about pellets overflowing hopper and creating a problem with the stove's operation ?? In some cases putting smoke into the living space!!! Can this problem be rectified ???
